How to stop it?
Anybody can help me?
Just a simple question..
If a great great professor come to me and say,
"Hey aimie, could you please stop this? "
With his eyes staring at me..
Am I ready to stop it now? - .-
And the answer, luckily

NOOOOOOOO. .
Nobody can help ourself
Unless we already dead..
( read : really death)
Ultimately, we should spread our spirit to move on, then , we can easily transform our side, externally or internally without any great, great professor come in to advise.
So,
The metamorphosis of life is always start from zero to hero,
Mean,
Ourself.
